When you contact us to arrange your first appointment we will send you a Welcome Pack containing useful information about our services. This pack will also contain a confidential Medical History and ‘Smile Check’ form. We ask that you complete these forms and bring them with you to your appointment.

This initial consultation typically takes around 30 minutes.
At your first visit we feel it is important to get to know you and establish a good relationship. We will focus on listening to any concerns or worries you may have with your dental care and make a comprehensive assessment of your dental needs. Your teeth, gums and past dental work will be examined and we will carry out a simple visual screen for oral cancer. We will generally also take detailed digital radiographs.
During the appointment we will discuss our findings and treatment options to help you decide what treatment is best for you. We will always confirm your treatment and cost in writing.
